They charge you for an appointment, even if just to request a refill on your pet's medication. Then they give you a partial on the meds, make you pay full price with promise of fulfilling the rest of the Rx. 2 weeks later, no remainder, their records show you paid for all 30, and therefore assume you must have received all 30 and are just a liar, won't give refund for pills not received, and they won't be getting any more in. The doctor wrote a new Rx so I could order it online, and now they aren't responding to mail order pharmacy with the Rx! They're very unorganized, they have personal conversations with each other while on the phone with you, and half the staff is rude and sound like they hate being there.
