What a great place! My wife and I have been taking out cat Dante, to CTFHC for about 3 years now and couldn't be happier. Everything from the knowledge of the staff to the way they treat the customer is second to none. Don't let the size fool you, this place has everything and more!
The vet seems friendly and good at her job, but when you go for something simple you end up waiting an hour for the vet. Mind you there was no one else there. After getting an estimate on what a teeth cleaning would cost and not being comfortable putting a cat under ten pounds on anesthesia for teeth cleaning the office staff harasses my girlfriend on the phone. After deciding not to get the vaccines there do to being charged for another exam for no reason they sent the vet records and attached multiple articles bashing anesthesia-free cleaning. Only go here if you don't care about the quality of care and if you just want a vet who cares about money.
We travel 30 minutes away to bring our cats to the vet. Everyone is helpful (they make sure are cats are healthy and always willing to give information if we need it). We love how the staff cares about our cats.
I highly recommend Cat Tails! Dr. Guillory and her caring, friendly staff have given our cat excellent care, and we have really appreciated the helpful information and follow-up provided also. Their office is very clean and provides a nice kitty friendly atmosphere!
Cat Tails came highly recommended by Dr. Hines of S. CO Veterinary Internal Medicine. Our young cat has gone through several health issues due to abuse and neglect by a prior owner before we adopted her from the shelter. Cat Tails has been caring, thorough and highly knowledgeable. We feel that we are in good hands. Very impressed with them. And very relieved to have our cat in their care. We drive an hour from another town. Well worth it.
