Love this Safeway always clean, friendly employees and usually can find some deals. The 4 star is because there was one line open and 3 people ahead of me, if I wanted to wait that long I would go to Wal-Mart, normally this isn't the case.
As for the Grocery section & Deli, I am pleasantly surprised @ the cleanliness, selection & quality of Safeway's Brands.
Great produce selection. The prices are good and they have lots of sales. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Can be busy sometimes but the employees come help if they see a long line. Bakery is really good as well. All around good place to get your groceries. They also have a bill payment center so it's nice to do everything at once.
All in all, this Safeway is my preferred Grocery Store, even with it's few "hiccups" & the bizarrely placed speed bumps in the parking lot.
This Safeway is a hidden gem! It's a smaller scale Safeway that makes up for size through service & variety.
EXCELLENT selection of WHOLE COFFEE BEANS for those of us who enjoy FRESHLY ground coffee daily. Even LARGER selection of ground coffee, a wide array of K-Cups and plenty of Tea, cider Coco, etc., To meet all of your hot beverage desires.
My biggest disappointment is with the Fresh Meat Section. The fluctuating pricing, lack of variety & low stock of fresh meats - especially beef are frustrating.
My medication is always in stock/ordered on time. The Pharmacy Technician(s) go the EXTRA MILE when it comes to ensuring you get your medication AND for the LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE! There's even a Safeway Rx Discount - just ask!!
This place was just gross. Do they not mop the floors? Prices are outrageous as well unless you're a member of their stupid card shopping club. Why would I? I'll never be back, or shop here. Spent 10 minutes in the store and just left my cart mid isle the place was so dirty.
Fantastic selection of Frozen Foods! From individual to Bulk, veggies to vanilla ice cream, it's there (including gluten free options). There's always multiple items on sale & Safeway Frozen produce is quite good!
The Bakery Section could use a bit of sprucing up & a LARGER VARIETY of Freshly Baked items as well as additional brand availability.
There's a Wells Fargo inside, allowing patrons to enjoy a full service bank & fulfill shopping needs in 1 convenient stop.
Great experiences @ the Deli, which always slices their QUALITY meats & cheeses to MY Specs. Very nice variety of cold cuts & cheese! Hot foods (including tasty fried chicken!), Olive bar and add'l Artisan section tops off this full service Deli.
The Pharmacy and it's Staff are AMAZING!!!! They are always pleasant & greet you right away.
Decent produce, however ALWAYS examine items for freshness & price (Including onions & other root veggies).
I don't go here unless I don't have another choice. Parking lot is ridiculously designed. Huge lines at checkout without enough checkers. Always out of stock. Baggers forget to put bags in carts. Credit card machines require you to pick up stylus and insist you don't want to give extra money.
