Holly will answer phone calls when it is a priority for her. If she is expecting rent or has asked for you to call her. Other than that, you can forget her answering your calls or promptly returning yours. It may take two to three weeks for you to get a response from her. We were in a foreclosure renting with 100% on time rent and she wouldn't even assist us in finding another place after weeks/months of promising she would. When it came time for us to move she completely cut us off. Very classy!

Holly and Bruce are great. We have rented one of their properties since June 2014 and they have been great. We don't have many issues with the home but of course sometimes things happen and they always respond ASAP. Very understanding and I recommend them whenever I can :)
We came to Colorado Springs from out of state and were on a tight schedule. Holly agreed to show us a house at 1pm. We waited around for an hour and she was a no show. She didnt even have the courtesy to answer our phone calls or return our messages.
Holly was amazing to work with both as a property manager and a realtor. She made the move to Colorado extremely easy doing everything online, and helping me the minute I got into town. When anything went wrong with the house she had it fixed immediately. When it came time to buy my first home she made the process extremely easy. I wold recommend Holly to anybody that moves to Colorado, and I plan on having her manage my property when I move.
