Extremely unreliable. I run a small business from home and (try) to use their pick up service because i am not always able to leave the house. More than half the time nobody picks up the packages, which in turn makes me look bad that I can't get my product to my customers on time. No matter how many times I've called they continue to miss or neglect my pick up requests.
This is the best post office in Colorado Springs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience........
Awful! Awful! Awful! Staff blatantly ignored the customers! They stood there doing absolutely nothing. I waited 20 minutes and not one person was helped. The line never moved. It's the place time goes to die. I couldn't believe how the "workers" just milled about, disappearing into the back, being useless!!
I have been using this office for over a year for all my shipping needs. The customer service is always nice and the bearded employee there (can't remember his name) will always help you get more bang for your buck when shipping. The office is ALWAYS slow unless there is nobody inside (always just 1 or 2 people at the desks). Since I'm too lazy to go somewhere else and they are always courteous I always return.
Terrible customer service, a packaged was marked delivered, but we never received it. I called to find out where the carrier left our package, i was told multiple times to I'd get a call back. NEVER got a call. 2 weeks later I call back and they said they found the package and that it was not delivered due to us not living there anymore. We have lived there for 4 months. Again no one called me to update me with any information.
