Great little business here. Was on the hook about getting a truck. Talked to the manager about it, he didn't try and pressure me into it. Just gave me the facts plain and simple. Good people.
Called to drop off a truck I drove in from KY but they didn't have any space. When I tried to explain my situation (I pulled my car back on a dolly and needed a second set of eyes to get it back on and the distance to her location was in walking distance) I was interrupted, talked down to and received nothing more than her spouting off an address for Tejon. I tried to ask if there would be a spot the next day because I have the truck an extra day but the address just kept being repeated. I said I would never do business with you because of your of your demeanor and will tell my soldiers to avoid you like the plague and hung up.
Avoid this location. Twice I've used them twice I've had issues. They don't return calls and wont have the proper courtesy to call you if they plan on adding extra charges. First they lost my keys to the truck I reserved then they lost the whole second truck that she was going to replace it with! Oh and good luck trying to call corporate. I'll update this if u get it fixed, but for now let it serve as a warning to others.
Only use this place if you want your stuff to get stolen. Didn't help and rude
I scheduled a truck and trailer rental through another location in Colorado Springs that completely screwed me around. I showed up after hours and happened to catch Tom and his wife as they were leaving the store. Tom stayed an hour and a half after close to make sure I wasn't overcharged for my equipment and was rigged up and ready for my move the following day. Excellent customer service - if only all U-Haul dealers were this professional!
