So had them re make my pizza twice cause they managed to mess it up both times this papa johns has gone down hill. Really really bad when dominos on b street is better then your pizza...
HOWEVER. During the call I find that the manager had apparently placed my order and that i was told that this particular special was carry out ONLY. FALSE. I was never told this, and would never have accepted this because i just had a cataract surgery and CAN'T DRIVE. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and absolutely convinced me to never use this location OR ANY Papa John's pizza again.
First of all I called to get the 2 medium 2 topping pizza that I saw on TV and the Store Manager argued with me about it being a current special. After enough arguing with me he honored it. Then I finish placing my order and wait about 45 minutes and no pizza and call back only to find out the manager never placed my order and accused me of hanging up on him!! What a lack of customer service and professionalism especially for it being the Store Manager!! Never ordering from them again!!
I'm only giving a one because i can't rate a zero. I received a free pizza voucher from my apartment complex. Called to place the order, and mistakenly let it be placed as a carry out. After about an hour and a half I call to check on it because i thought it was delivery. This was my fault for not paying clear attention.
I dont like the $3 delivery fee that is scandalous. Otherwise we have ordered here a few times and its been a good experience.
They are the best Papa Johns Location! We both pickup and deliver from this location. The in store and deliverey drivers are awsome!!! I was in a car accident and had to wait awhile for a tow trk. As I was waiting near this location, they gave my dogs water and myself something to drink at no charge.
