Show up early to get my hair cut and go to sign in, no one else in the store minus the 3 getting cuts already with one having an open chair and the lady says there is a 45 minute wait. How about cut the peoples hair who is there instead of punishing them for people being late. Will not be back to this Greatclips ever again.
My haircut was perfect. The location is perfect and the price is $14.00. In another 6 months I can get the senior haircut which is only $12.00. It worked for me.
It's hit or miss but overall good for simple haircuts. Definitely make an online appointment before you go.
