This dental clinic is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have great technology that helps give the best care for our teeth. Miss V was so friendly with my son. She helped answer his questions about all of the tools. We will be returning for all of our dental needs.
I'm a reservist so I have to get annual check ups by scheduled through the Army with a contracted Dentistry. This was my first time with this group and I must say the difference in contractors I've been to before and this one is night and day. They really made me feel as though I was a regular patient. I'll recommend this group to anyone.
The best dental experience I ever had!! I didn't have to wait long to be seen the people there we're so nice to me. The place is very comfortable and made me feel at ease. The dentist people did a marvelous job with my teeth and giving me advice to keeping my teeth and gums healthy and my health as well. I will be going back again and recommend anyone who's in the springs area to give them a try you will not regret it I promise you.
The staff is knowledgeable, but lacks some communication skill. On my first visit, I watched one dental hygienist (Brittany) snap at another (D? Sorry I don't remember the full name!), when it would've been more appropriate to discuss the issue in private and not in front of a patient (looks unprofessional and makes me wonder what else is wrong with the place). Brittany was also a little abrasive, and seemed to care more about getting to her dog than attending to her human patient (me, in the chair). At the end of the appointment, they told me to wait in the room but no one came back for me. Eventually D came in and kept me company because I told her they told me to wait there. After about 10 min when no one came, she walked me out to the front where it didn't look like anyone was planning on coming back for me. It seems like communication and patient systems need to be improved. I left feeling weird and like I didn't want to return for the other procedures that I need. Despite this negative experience, I decided to give them a second chance and went back for more work (also it is convenient as I can walk to this office from my house). This time, they were just fine. I am hoping my first negative experience was just one off day.
Great staff and customer service! Hadn’t been to a dentist in a while and they did a great job putting me at ease. Office staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend them!!!
