Hands down the best auto parts store in the neighborhood and I have been to them all. Tom is the star of this shop so if you need any help he is your man. I have been to every shop within 20 miles and none provide the expert advice these individuals offer. Thank you all for helping me out in bind after bind.
Today I went in because the hose under my hood broke that sprays onto my windshield. When I went in the first time, Kat (?) helped me find the right parts I needed for that piece. Afterwards, she kindly helped me find a replacement key remote. I left and came back a few hours later and asked for help putting the piece on my car that she sold me because I couldn't do it. Jon assisted me by completely fixing the hose under my hood, encouraged me to try the spray multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. After that was fixed, I went inside for windshield wipers where Kat helped me find what I needed exactly for my make and model and then Jon placed them on my car. Both Kat and Jon were extremely helpful and nice! I highly recommend this store.
I am ONLY writing this review because of the excellent service from a gentleman named Q BUT need to write a review also for the terrible employee named “Judy”. She was so disrespectful to Q in front of many customers and disrespectful to customers. Her attitude was awful!!!!!!!!!!!! And apparently was the manager!!! Yikes. Q was unbelievably polite, patient and hardworking! Thanks, Q! You turned a bad day into a good one!
